Situated in a quiet position right by the Oakura 4 Square, restaurants, cafes and specialty shops. On arrival you will be greeted by the owners friendly little dog who is always keen for a pat. This cute studiois at the bottom of the owners home, with its owner separate entrance. Wander down the path and discover elevated views of rural land and the Oakura River.
A cost effective studio which is well equipped for yourholiday needs. Watching the abundance of bird life out the window. A kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Get a good nights sleep in the comfortable queen bed. The perfect placeto base yourself while exploring everything the Surf Highway 45 has to offer. Perfect for those travelers seekingbudget accommodation.The studio also has a king single bed.
Enjoy a french pastry at High Tide Cafe, dine in at Butlers or head down the beach to the Black Sand Pizzeria or enjoy a vegan meal at the Lemon-wood Eatery. Unlimited WI-FI included. If you require more space checkout Butlers Lane - The Retreatand book both which are side by side.
Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state which includes removing all sheets and pillowcases from beds and placing them in the laundry and making sure the kitchen is clean and all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.
All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.
